□ Criteria ○ Number of Participants: 25 ~ 30 ○ Eligibility - Youths aged between 14 and 21 (born between 2002 and 2009) with experience in any of ICM's programs held in the past will be given priority - Ability to communicate in English, available to attend the whole program, interested in martial arts and would youth exchange ○ Benefits - Free participation, certificate of participation issued by ICM, certificates for best teams and individuals, camp souvenirs □ How to Apply ○ Complete the application form on ICM's webpage (www.unescoicm.org), notice board ○ Submit the completed form via email during the applying period - Send to: ms.lee@unescoicm.org - Email Title: "［2023 Camp Participant］Your name" - Be sure to attach the application form ○ Applying Period: Wednesday 19th April ~ Sunday 30th April, 2023 24:00 (KST) □ Selection of Participants ○ Evaluation will be made based on your application(enthusiasm, suitability, diligence) ○ Gender, age, country, etc. may be considered during the selection process ○ Notification on Selected Participants: Wednesday 3rd May ~ Wednesday 10th May, 2023 ※ Final participants will be notified via email or phone, those who do not reply or respond to the first notification in 24 hours may be considered not participating □ Others ○ Above schedule is subject to change due to unpredictable circumstances ○ 1 guardian may accompany group participants if more than 5 individuals are participating from the same organization (participation fees for the guardian will not be supported by ICM), fill in "Accompanying Guardian" in the application form ○ Participants from Korea are expected to arrive and leave camp venue individually (specific venue and time will be notified on a later date) ○ Arrival and departure time may differ per participant depending on flight schedules, etc. ○ Foreign participants' transport to/from the airport on arrival/departure date will be supported Attached 1.
