□ Eligibility & Qualifications ㅇ Minimum Requirements - PhD or equivalent research degree holder in a relevant field - Good command of English ㅇ Preferred Qualifications - Outstanding research output and academic impact - Extensive experience in reviewing and editing scholarly manuscripts - Strong background in academic activities (presenting papers or organising conferences) □ Key Responsibilities ㅇ Recommending or assigning suitable reviewers for submitted manuscripts ㅇ Making final publication decisions on peer review results ㅇ Soliciting manuscripts, planning special issues, and promoting the journal ㅇ Contributing to the overall operaitons and development of the journal □ Working Format: Online (virtual meeting and written correspondence) □ Term of Office: Three years from the date of appointment (renewable) □ Benefits ㅇ Official Certificate of Appointment ㅇ Representation as an Editorial Board member
