Upon moving in to its new building, ICM has prepared a special library which is on the second floor. The library will become a basis for developing and managing a clearing house, one of which is the main functions of ICM. The library is equipped with approximately 1,500 reading materials mainly on martial arts, and includes contents related to UNESCO, youth and international cooperation as well.

During the year, Prof. Young-ll Na of Seoul National University and Prof. Ye Wei of the Sport School Capital University of Physical Education and Sports donated a myriad of books. Korea Ssireum Association, Taekgyeon Preservation Society, UNESCO Category 2 Centers such as APCEIU, ICHCAP, National Youth Policy Institute, the Korea-Africa Foundation, Korea Foundation, World Vision, and KOICA also donated many interesting books on martial arts, youth and relevant topics.
